Who can be a mentee?
We are particularly looking for second-year, third-year or master students at LSE, however keen first-year students are also welcome to apply!

We believe our experience at LSE and in various industries can be especially helpful to girls just starting out their academic and professional career
How the mentorship scheme works?
You will be matched with another student and two mentors from Lean Further to create your Lean Further Mentorship Family
Each Mentorship Family will have meetings biweekly beginning from the start of September

Mentors will provide advice and guidance personalised to you, topics of which may include but are not limited to:
Choosing an industry
Choosing a firm
Application process - obstacles and tips
Everyday life in the industry
Obstacles while working in the industry
Perspective of a female alumni
Why should I become a mentee?
We believe fostering a community of support and friendship is crucial in anything we endeavor

Through this mentorship programme, our members hope to impart the knowledge we wish we had when we first started off. It is also an opportunity to get to know the potential next generation of Lean Further members, as mentees will get fast tracked to the final stage of the membership process
If you are interested in joining our community, this is the best way to get to know us, what we stand for and how you can leave your lasting legacy
